When I first checked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Star was my hair stylist. She always listens and cares what you want. She knows what she is doing so well. "Eccosse Salon is a great place. I feel it is clean and reasonably priced. I have had great experiences in the past with Star and Erika but since I moved recently I made a last minute appointment while I was in town with a different new stylist and am unhappy with my haircut. The wash experience was good as always but this stylist cut my hair way too short. Much shorter than she told me she would. I just wanted a trim and knew it had dead ends but asked to keep it as long as possible and lost 4 inches and got my bangs cut differently than I asked. It will take me the better part of a year to get it back to where it was and I am so heartbroken but I can’t do anything to put it back now. Stick with who you know here."
