Extremely professional, knowledgable, and pleasant. I've never gotten individual lashes installed before, only strips, so I had no idea all that goes into it. However, she made the experience so comfortable that I forgot to be nervous, LOL. She talked me through each and every step with patience and understanding. My lashes look so beautiful and natural with a bit of a dramatic flair, as I requested from her, and she certainly executed it perfectly.
