"I’ve been coming to LUX for a few months for my lashes. Originally i was coming for brows and thought I’d try lashes. I don’t like the dramatic look. I like my lashes to look natural so i get the mini set. I’ve been to Ashley and Neriah and they both do great. I went today and Neriah did them and i love them. I went a little longer and I love them."

"I found this establishment while browsing Groupon, or I would never have heard of it. I called for an appointment and was never asked if I was a Groupon customer. I didn’t think I had to tell her, as I have used other Groupon’s with other vendors with no issue before. After my lash application, she informed me that they would not honor the voucher and I had to pay more than what was advertised with the Groupon!! I thought this was very shady business tactics. I was not able to get my money back from Groupon either. Furthermore, even though the girl who applied was nice, she used a lash too long for me and they were placed very thin. I have had a beautiful set put on before by someone else and this was nothing like it. The last time I started seeing a need for a fill in three weeks, but this set looks terrible after only 1 week. I have been very careful with them but they just didn’t hold up. Half of my outer lashes have no extensions and the super long extensions are only concentrated in the middle. What a waste of money for less than a week of subpar looking lashes. They look just awful. So disappointed!!!"

"I have been going to Ashley at Lux Lash for almost 2 years for my lash and brow needs. She is the best in Baltimore. She’s flexible with her schedule and has always gotten me in when needed. My lashes always look stellar. I get so many compliments on them. My brows looks like they are freshly microbladed ever time she is done with them. The studio that Ashley has created is very cute and cozy. Ashley is someone who has good conversation during the service, but also doesn’t talk when you don’t want to. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere, you won’t be disappointed."
