"I've been trying to call for more than a week to resolve something about my company and no one can answer the phone, I contacted them by email and no one answers me either. This bank is horrible for post service."

"I had an appointment scheduled for today, received an email confirmation from them, but when I got there they said my appointment was not showing up in their system (even though I was showing them the email). They were rude and said I had to wait for everyone that was in front of me. They did not try to help me or anything, and just said no one was available. This was so disrespectful!"

"I used to hate BOA until I came to this branch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles, and the FRIENDLIEST staff. There's two women there, Maria & (I can't remember the other woman's name right now) that go out of their way to help me with anything I need. Honestly, if it hadn't have been for them I probably would have never opened an account here. I see them greeting every client by name, including me, having warm conversations, etc. Every BOA should live by the standard of this branch."

"I went to this bank over the weekend because I needed to wire some money for the purchase of a house and when I got there the lady by the name of María didn't even try to help me because I had no appointment I had no idea that I needed an appointment so We left very disappointed and went to another branch on Rockville Pike we were treated totally different and got the help we needed so I want say thank you Mr. Jeff and Gigi for your help that's how you do business with your customers you try to help them not like what the Lady María did who didn't even bother to do anything.."

"Customer service representatives are all helpful but the policy that a manager must approach every customer before they leave is ridiculous. It completely undermines the representatives and is extremely condescending to the employees, having a manager "check up" on them after every client contact. I detest this practice...these people are highly capable and do not need "babysitting." Gladys is in charge of this branch and is rude, argued with me on the telephone and needs some customer service training."
