"had a very awful experience at this bank, first of all the bank teller was very rude because I was a young black man trying to cash a $1,000 check the african branch manager was no help either telling me I couldn't cash a truist check because they couldn't verify it keep in mind this was a government checked for my tax return will never bank their again . These people act as if their are going out of their way to do something that is in their job description. Rheh a t as if the money that's going through the bank will be in their bank account, as if they aren't wage workers like everybody else. SICKENING"

"I have been having the worst banking experience with suntrust especially the Hillandale, MD branch. Nobody could address my issues when my bank account got closed inexplicably and when i complained about it there wad nothing anybody could do. Not even a time frame info. Basically it was lime they told me go home we cant help you. Their manager is the rudest and does not give the same information all the time, she would change her mouth on a drop of a dime."
