"Yesterday, Monday Jan. 22, 2024, I received a follow up phone call from Ms. Tia Davis, (a Member Service Specialist), who had phoned me as a follow up to address an urgent payment matter. What made the issue urgent was that it was an expense that was acquired due to a car accident I was in that had totaled my vehicle and sent me to the hospital back in July 2023. What I needed clarified was an expense item that was present on my 2023 End of Year Statement, but was not present on my online account. (I had just submitted all my expenses to my attorney the day before receiving the mailed End of Year Statement.) After careful review, I was able to determine there was something wrong with the line item expense - it was showing two different dollar amounts! Ms. Davis listened to my findings and quickly went into action to troubleshoot the issue. She explained each step in her exploration process and was able to articulate the correct expense that had been charged to my account. I was able to promptly notify my attorney (the same day); of the correct out of pocket expenses and now my legal team can confidently go forward with the correct totals towards my accident claim. (This is paramount, since accident claims are highly scrutinized and reviewed by multiple parties and legal teams before arriving at a settlement.) I'm just grateful for Ms. Davis taking the time to assist me when I needed it most. She reconstituted my faith in FedFinancial Credit Union to stand by their clients and to provide stellar customer service. I'm proud to say that I'm a member of one of the BEST credit unions out there!"

I received an alert on my credit report that Fed Financial put an old address I'd sold in 2014 back on my credit report, mind you I've not conducted any business with this institution since 2014! As a concerned citizen and former customer, I call them to try to figure out why this happend and all I get is promises of a return telephone call that never happen I've spoken with Tia who said Nelson Briceno would call back then I spoke to Chris who tried to play me and tell me that Nelson Briceno is the CFO and once corrected he then gives me the name of James Johnson! I filed a police report and locked all my credit reports, this place is conducting fraud! I've also submitted a BBB complaint, next is going to the local news and then litigation!"
