"Food : Flavorful, authentic, homey. Food was full of flavors. Every dish you order has its own flavor profile. You can taste the freshness as it is made to your order. It's worth waiting if you have to. Authentic, it is not customized for American taste buds. They have kept the food real to its roots. If you're not indian and you want to taste a real Indian food, this place is for you. They have done a really good job of making you feel at home. So, if you're indian missing home food, this place is for you. Hospitality: We had the opportunity to have Milton as our host. He is the manager of the restaurant. But he is down to earth, humble, helpful, and informative person. He made sure that we were taken care of. He suggested different dishes to try. Especially my wife and my mother in law who are not indian they had many questions, and he answered them all. He took time and explained about every dish to very detail. And every other staff member was really good, including Raja. Atmosphere : It is cozy and laid back. Mild music plays in the background. Colorful place. And very clean. All in all, anyone who wants to taste and have authentic South Indian food this is a must place to visit. And I will guarantee this will become one of your favorite spots."

"Having missed authentic, reasonably priced South Indian cuisine in Baltimore city, I was curious about—and excited to make a visit to—the relatively newly-opened Sangam Indian Cuisine in the county. The trip was totally worth it; this eatery in a strip mall has won us over. The unprepossessing entrance and the modest décor notwithstanding, EVERYTHING we tasted was excellent—the always freshly prepared filter “kapi” (coffee), the delectable masala vada appetizer, the crispy paper masala dosa, and the goat thaali special—très delish. The manager, one Mr. Milton, and the staff were friendly, jovial, and helpful. We are certainly going back soon to try out the other items on the menu. Oh, they would give you boxes to bring back leftovers so that no food is wasted. Win-win!"

"Food was delicious! Pompano is a rare find and tastes perfect! Couldn't try the thali as that's only available for lunch. Dosa should be judged by the sambhar I think and gets top points as well! Definitely on the pricier end but you pay for the good taste! It's in an under construction location but that shouldn't be forever. Price would keep me from frequent visits but will be back for sure!"
