"We picked up carryout order from this chain restaurant, expected the same quality as other locations. Nope. Food tasted stale, seasoning awful. Wont return."

"The service and atmosphere were fine. When I ate here they were not asking if customers wanted to dine in or take out, resulting in several people eating in with takeout containers. The food itself is the majority of the reason for the low review. It just wasn't good. I got the roasted garlic cream tortellini and was disappointed by the lack of flavor."

"I wanted to go for a late lunch before head to a meeting. I have not been to a Noodles and Company in about 7 years. I was greeted by the lovely Ambrosia. I ordered the dish I got in the past.....the Pad Thai w/Parmesean Crusted Chicken. The food was delicious, I literally did not have to add any seasonings or sauce (that says alot!). And thank Mr. Griffin for cooking the food! Thank you all for the wonderful service and great food."

"Finally today I got in. Every time I visit this location to do lunch they are never open at 1qam as it states on the door. They open 15 mins late 6mins etc today 11:08. Wow the foul odor and the dirty carpts were an instant turn off. Next the poor customer service super turn off the staff act like they hate it there and the customers are a bother. My food was a bowl of noodles wit minimal cheese and the parm crusted chicken was just weird....this location needs to be thoroughly cleaned, get that strong odor out, re train the staff, oh and I forgot the lady plating my order scratched her nose and continued to plate my food. I did object and with much attitude she washed her hand...ugh never ever again, I will report this visit on Yelp as well. Dirty restaurant!"
