"just picked up my phone as I placed my food on a mobile order to pick up. I gave them plenty of time to prepare my food correctly, but that was not the case, seemed like someone just didn't care to make them or was overworked with little pay. I"'m just saying my food looked like they slapped the food on my burrito and chalupa and missed the order, for the 48.00 dollars I spent my expectation for this fast food chain Taco Bell in South Riding, was very poor."

"This Taco Bell absolutely sucks. They ALWAYS screw up the order. Every single time. Never mind the fact that everything is double the price of what it used to be, the burritos and tacos are literally EMPTY. This is the last chance this place got from me, I won’t be back. Hopefully they shut down and let a restaurant with some self respect take its place."

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. Both me and another customer were ignored while we stood by the register waiting to order. Eventually the man was told he had to order using the computer because they were too busy. He left. I was going to try but having worked in retail my disappointment with how I was being treated made me leave. I’m unemployed right now and made a special trip there. I walked out but turned around and asked to speak with the manager who said she’s too busy working the drive through. What am I? Does it make me any less of a customer because I walked in???? I asked for the corporate number and she mumbled under her breath and walked away. She did not care how I felt nor how she treated me or the other customer that walked in. Worst customer service I have ever received. PERIOD. Avoid going here. There is a reason why Chick Fil A across the street has long lines and they don’t!!! This woman has her job because of customers. Without customers she will be jobless. Chica was a terrible example of a manager in à leadership role. TERRIBLE!!"

"Absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. I ordered the chalupa meal with a crunchy taco. All 3 items were staged to make it look like they had meat, but when opened to look, they were empty inside. As another commenter said, "WHERE'S THE BEEF?!" Very poor quality and very low value for the money spent. Management needs a reality check."

"Fast service for drive thru. Burritos and Tacos are always good for snacking. Nachos were all eaten up while in the car. Everything taste good."
