"11/26 of all days of using doordash. I always order everyday for lunch. 2 piece white meat spicy. Today I got a small thigh and a very small wing. How did the person who work there ever put that for someone getting delivered which I am paying doubled for. I even live behind the village. Even an extra wing would have did it. But come on I am disabled and I would have taken it back. I hope this dont make you lose a good 0ayong doordash customer. Talk to your employees about when the chicken is not ready of not to uand us anything will ruin any business"

"Went into the store I wanted to place the mobile order but the store had the mobile orders turned off. I talked to the manager Andres in reference to this issue. He told me he it was nothing that he could do and it was my phone. Every other store in the app was active where I could place an order except for this store. This happens a lot. As a manager if you cannot honor what you are seeing in my app then you need to reevaluate customer service. The store also has slow service and horrible customer service. Attached is a picture that says that their POS in the store is offline."

"Transformation of this store is amazing. The decorum is fabulous! Service personnel are very personable, friendly and about the business of serving. Food, drinks and desserts are great. Menus are displayed in strategic places. There's plenty of seats. I like this Popeyes."
