"The manager tonight had no idea how to run his shift and it showed. The customer service sucked. I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before finally going inside to grab my mobile order. I go inside and waited for 45 mins. I wish I was exaggerating. Then, I notice the employees aren’t using gloves while handling the fries. The girl had super long nails with rhinestones on them. No hair nets..there was only one guy in the kitchen and his manager wouldn’t even jump back there to help him catch up. One of the worst experiences ever. But with Covid and monkey pox they should be a little more strict with hygiene."
