"First time here, but I have been getting my nails done on a regular basis for years. I had a 630pm appointment and was all but rushed out the door…don’t schedule an appointment that late if you plan to do a terrible job and rush. Had to ask to have my nails evened out because they were filed completely crooked. Didn’t take the time to file my actual nail flat and my dip nails are thick and bumpy?? Clear top coat is messy and not covering the polish completely. Takes a lot for me to post a bad review, but very disappointed in the service, after I was recommended this place."

Most nail techs want to make them claws, but he made mine short like I requested. Made an appointment for the fill in 2 weeks will see how that goes."

"**I feel it necessary to update my original review. I gave this place another try and found Vin. He does a great job with a dip manicure. He is quick and efficient, and does a truly amazing job. I was short on time Saturday didn't have time to make it to my normal nail salon in Frederick. I decided to give Cindy's a try based on all the good reviews. I wish I hadn't! This is one of the sloppiest gel manicures I have ever received! The salon looked nice and clean, however, it doesn't make a difference if they can't provide a quality manicure."

"I've been coming here since I was 10. Its a calm atmosphere with a welcoming vibe and a clean and pristine decor, the have a waxing room and they are really good at doing nails and forming them. I describe what I want most of the time and they hit it out of the park. Usually I go see my usual women who does my nails but in the pictures I got done by someone else but they still turned out really really nice. My hands also tend to be rough because I'm a forklift operator but they clean my nails completely and lotion"
