"if this is somewhere u want to go to just to browse… DONT. that wasn’t even my initial plan, the day before i had a wonderful very helpful experience with a blonde girl & bought a good amount of products so i was shocked at what i experienced today. number one we were greeted and immediately tried to get sold stuff by a brunette older women who wouldn’t stop lingering around us and kept asking us if we needed help. once i said no again she then goes to the other isle to whisper to her coworker as if we couldn’t hear and the store wasn’t empty. floored at how rude i left without buying anything, i will take my business elsewhere very fast. DO BETTER."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Why? The two ladies working the store today greeted me as i entered as normal. Both were standing next to one another. Both made eye contact with me. Girl A asked if I needed help which I said no to. Girl B immediately asked me again if I needed help which I said no to again. They then followed me around the store asking me if I needed help. I was so beyond annoyed I left with out buy what I really needed from there. Then one of them tried to sell me a color depositing shampoo in the wrong color and got annoyed when I told her it was the wrong color so I wasn't interested. Sally's has become a joke. I'll continue to go elsewhere. No worth the aggravation."

"I have always enjoyed going to our local Sally's until my last visit. My mother and I were looking for a good detangler/serum for my child who is 10 years old. We decided to ask the employee working. The woman asked how old my child is, then proceeded to ask who brushes her hair, me or the 10 year old. Mind you, she never really helped find anything for her besides I need to brush her hair. So that was pointless. Then, I went to the color isle to find a color I was looking for to do my hair. When I asked the employee what colors would match the picture, in return she said, why are you going to do that? I'm a natural red head so I'm assuming that's what she was getting at. I worked in a salon for 5 years. I know the odds and ends of things, and you definitely never tell someone to not do what they want. The whole experience was horrible."

"Please educate your employees. I have been asking for over a year for them to get the matching tones for the Blond Brilliance shampoo and conditioner. You have the shampoo and conditioner but never in the same matching tones. When I asked your employee working right now, 5/27/2020 @ 5pm, why you never have the matching tones for the shampoo AND conditioner, her response was “yeah, we have the cool and the ash” and pointed to the cool shampoo and the ash conditioner. When I tried to explain it’s not the same color toner, she got smart. I can deal with incompetence but rudeness I can not. I’ll be skipping the Sally’s on Cole Road for now on. Please educate your employees so they don’t have someone using if a cool toning shampoo with an ash toning conditioner."
