"My 6 year old had 3 teeth pulled today and it was the best possible experience we could have had. Christy was extremely patient with her and made sure my daughter was comfortable and Dr Dan was so great too. Dr Dan and Christy explained every step in a way that my daughter would understand. We received a service that is incredibly hard to find in a doctors office. The front office staff we all so great as well. I would recommend this dentist office 100000% to anyone."

"I keep trying to give this place a chance but they are absolutely not accommodating for neurodivergent children. I specifically put on his patient forms that although he is waiting for a diagnosis and in therapy we have been ADVISED to put on forms that he is to be treated as if he has already been diagnosed. The dentist does not communicate anything, he barely even speaks and says things like “let’s get this done” like he’s just trying to rush out the door. My son spit into the sink after he was finished and was scolded for doing so. Excuse me, you didn’t say he couldn’t?! What happened to communication? The assistant says things like “you’re too old to be fighting like this.” Excuse me, but not all children are the same. You should have the ability and training to accommodate and understand neurodivergent children. If you are not making the experience comfortable, then how can my child be comfortable? Lastly, your staff needs a lesson is judgment and fake kindness towards families that don’t look like your standard family. Guess what? Everyone needs dental care. We will not be coming back here. My son does not deserve to be treated so poorly. How on earth can you go to school and then run a PEDIATRIC dentist and have no idea how to take care of children?"

"As far as dentists go this place is great. I'd recommend to anyone with a child to give them a shot. The assistants are great and dr. Knechtel is kind. They are patient with my toddler and she always gets her picture taken and stickers and stuff. The waiting room is nice and has a pretty cool toy train that travels through the office lol"

"Children’s Dental Production Line On our last and final visit, Dr. Dan conducted surgery on my daughter, having put on two metal caps. Once completed, my daughter was traumatized after sitting up and having a mouthful of blood sloshed out of her mouth and onto her sweater. She started screaming and her reaction was met with an apathetic response. It felt like authentic compassion was missing from a a seven year old’s clearly traumatic and shocking experience. Furthermore, the entirety of the visit (aside from the dental assistances, who are nice) feels like their office is working to pump out as many children through their doors as quickly as possible. I suspect financial motivation is the problem here. We’re never coming back here again. Beware"

"Dr. Dan and his staff are really skilled at what they do and my kids are very comfortable going to the dentist, which is everything. Beautiful facility. Incredible medical professionals! And the bonus of Maggie the sweet doodle dog to say hi to when we leave makes every moment of our experience feel like home. Couldn’t be happier!"
