"I have been trying to contact the Northeast location for 3 weeks now. My son needs his braces removed yet when calling you keep getting the answering service who keeps telling me they'll escalate the message to the manager to call me. I have yet to receive a call and this is going on week 4. This is unfortunate because I thought better of this office but after reading the reviews and going up in person just to be told they're not in at this location on certain days. And STILL I had contacted them w/o a call, text email or anything to schedule for these braces to be off. Do better."
"The worst place you can imagine. I don’t like to post negative reviews but you should avoid this place at all times. It’s extremely difficult to schedule any type of appointment, waiting time is ridiculous no matter when your appointment is, braces break same day almost every time follow up is done and many more unpleasant surprises there. My daughter was supposed to have her braces taken off , but after 6 weeks waiting time and 45 minutes waiting in the office we found out that someone forgot to do a scan for retainer and manager was trying to blame me saying I did not request them, however I don’t have to request them and retainer was discussed a couple times already. I wish I read reviews before coming to this place."
"Im definitely surprised at all the bad reviews , yes first time visit appointment was far out however today I went in not sure what was the miscommunication but my appointment was set for 3/22 at 8:30 . I thought it was 3/21 bc I specifically told them it was my day off . Well I showed up and the lady with short black hair at checking explain to me my appointment was for the next day . I explain it was for today bc of my work schedule . Long story short she helped me out ! She went an ask her manager and I was seen today !!!! Yes I waited an addition 45 mins but I was more than happy to wait !!! Thanks to her ! I wish I knew her name ."
"Before my son even had his first appointment, we were on our way when the office called and canceled on us 10 minutes before with pretty much no explanation telling us that the next available appointment was another month out. That was the first bad experience. The second bad experience was the way that we are handled in the office the way the scheduling was handled there after and now we finally went through that way too long process because honestly I think the orthodontist gave us the runaround, my son, got his braces on and before we could even leave the office a bracket fell off of his tooth so we had to go back and get in the chair and have them reattach it. Now we’re home and the wire has detached itself from the bracket scratching him on the inside of the mouth. This happened on Saturday and the appointment was on Friday. We had to wait all weekend to get a hold of the orthodontist, and now come Monday morning I’ve been calling for 4 1/2 hours since they were supposed to be open leaving messages, hearing an automated message telling me that the office is closed an hour after they’re supposed to be opened and it says it online. I talk to their billing department who told me that they I had every reason to be upset, they sent out emails to their office manager to give me a call back that was over an hour and a half ago to two hours ago and now that the scheduling department finally is open and after I waited on hold for 20+ minutes to talk to scheduling department they told me that there’s no way they can get in contact with the office and that they can’t give me an emergency appointment for my son and I told her that that was not acceptable and that she need to talk to Office, and she said that she has no direct communication with the orthodontist office. In fact, she told me that there’s no landline at all no way to contact by voice by Call at this orthodontist office. She said she can only email them. She says that they’ll call me back. Yet I have not heard back. This office is completely and totally unprofessional. Do not take your children to this orthodontist. The way this office is Ron is a scam that I’m pretty sure they have no idea what they’re doing."
"Because they haven't had an orthodontist in Springfield for close to a year, they've sent us to this location. It's been awful with the continuity of care a d scheduling, culminating in today's debacle where we arrive and nobody bothered calling us to tell us they are running 2-3 HOURS behind. Of course they didn't say how long it was, they just let us know they were behind. I asked how many children still were waiting and did the math with the admin and she agreed it was 2-3 hours. The front desk was clueless but the supervisor was at least nice enough to try and make an accommodation after I had to insist quite emphatically. The other parents were furious and venting about other scheduling disasters they have had at this location. Nobody bothered to notify us they finally found an orthodontist starting next week at our old location. She explained someone should have called about that and the appointment delays today. Nobody ever calls anyone about anything here. The owners want your money and then want you to shut up and go away... Patients are such inconveniences to them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE"
