"Like others have stated, extremely shady place where I did receive a very high quality cleaning but I was told that I have 15 cavities and was directed to a room where a guy who others have described here as basically trying to get you to pay for these extremely inflated numbers of cavities. I’m happy to go to another dentist to confirm that I have 15 cavities, but if that’s true I’m getting them filled at a dental school, not getting into a payment plan with these deceptive people! They also performed x-rays and made it seem like it was part of the cleaning but NO! It was extra, and my insurance won’t cover it. The worst part about that is that I can get access to my x-rays elsewhere. I had gone to Temple Periodontics where I had LITERALLY gotten x-rays the day before my cleaning. I’m just angry and at this point I think I am going to both write this practice letting them know how I feel as well as filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is just unacceptable and should be illegal. After seeing that other people had the same experience I’m now justified in my gut feeling about this place and strongly discourage other people to patronize this business."

"Having recently moved to Philly I was looking to get an overdue cleaning and checkup done. I called Philadelphia Dentistry and was in for a cleaning later that day. Unheard of! I was honestly a bit concerned at the speed but when I got there the wait time was short, they did a great job with modern equipment, and everyone was super nice. I'm impressed. Philly Dentistry rocks!"

The staff's attention to detail and time spent on each appointment make for a positive experience overall. "Experienced absolutely spectacular service from Philly Dentistry today! Scheduled with them on a whim and received an appointment immediately the day following. Absolutely minimal wait time and immediately greeted and treated by the most professional and courteous team I’ve had the privilege of being seen by!! I felt so seen and heard about my treatment plan, and was also able to be squeezed in for part of the plan during the consult itself!!! The team was so courteous and kind throughout every aspect of my visit, and for the first time, I feel excited to return to a dentist’s office!!!
