"Very disappointed in the service we received today. Our overall experience with the Doctors and Hygienists have been positive and our 3 year old actually enjoys going there. Now, sadly, she had a horrible experience- making it probably harder to get her back. We had a 3PM appointment for a routine check up and we’re running a little bit late because of traffic. I called and was told they allow for a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. I walked up to the front desk at 3:11 and was advised that I needed to make another appointment due to us not arriving within the grace period. The receptionist was rude, condescending and not helpful. When going to book an appointment, they’re obviously booked months in advance. I would understand this decision if we didn’t give a warning, had some sort of procedure being done or if the waiting room was jammed (the waiting room had one parent sitting there); however, none of this was true. The funniest part about all of this, we have waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen there before. Instead of my child being seen as an individual, this location treats kids(!) like just another patient/number. This isn’t the type of practice we want our child to be associated with. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Doubt this will even be seen, doesn’t seem like they’re concerned with customer service."

"My 2.5 year old had his second visit here today-- as we were leaving he said, "That was fun, let's come back here again!" The dentist and hygenist were both very patient with him, put on his favorite show on the TV, let him take as many breaks as he needed to get through the cleaning/fluoride. His favorite part is the prize machine at the end, and gum-ball type machine that they get a token for. Seriously a painless visit. Dr. Katie and Becky were excellent."
