"I'm so sick of coming here on my lunch break and see they are closed. And let me remind you this is at normal lunch time. Noon. this is a truck stop why are you closed during lunch time! So everyone gotta resort to McDonald's cause there's nothing else around here. Well they lost a customer. I'm done coming here. And plus the employees always seem like it's an inconvenience to them anyways. I'll do my business somewhere else."
"Staff was friendly but they were missing so many things. I don't know if it's a frequent issue or a one time thing but this did not look good."
"Worst Subway in the country. Emilee behind counter had an attitude for no reason. She was venting to her co-worker about a customer from earlier that day which was already unprofessional as everyone could hear. Nobody acknowledged me as I stood there waiting to order. I finally was able to order. Girl treated me like I was dumb the entire time. At the checkout, I said “I’m not sure what comes with the meal, but maybe a small or medium drink with this would be good.” She pointed out these giant cups and said “that’s the medium” (no problem here), and I responded with “that’s way too big, let’s do the smaller one right next to it, it’s probably cheaper that way anyways” to which she replies all snarky with an attitude “well, yeah, I’d assume so. The smaller, the cheaper. Duh?” It was said in a condescending manner, not a matter-of-fact manner. Then she shakes her head and mumbles to herself “uhhh I need to take a walk.” Girl, McD has large sweet teas cheaper than their medium. Not everywhere is the same. Some places discount the meal price for a certain size drink that comes included w the meal, etc. Zero reason to talk down to customers as if they’re stupid (especially ones running 7 figure companies). Im not above anyone, but I especially wouldn’t be talking to customers as if they’re stupid while I’m working for $10/hr making sandwiches. The attitude wasn’t necessary. I started off working in a similar position for my first job and NEVER treated customers this way. Very rude and condescending staff. Horrible experience. I travel frequently and this was one of the worst, truly. Management needs to teach staff common sense respect and manners. Then when I hop on here to post this, I see very similar comments. There’s a common denominator here…"
"Super friendly staff. It was pretty busy but the workers kept their cool and chatted while quickly putting our subs together. We had a group of 5 and all the orders were correct and delicious. And we were in and out in no time, EXCELLENT SERVICE!"
"The morning staff are incredibly friendly, and helpful in aiding resources for a prospecting employee. Subs are delicious as always! The work environment appears very clean and organized. Overall, excellent! Don't be afraid to shout if employees are occupied with their food prep in the back area."
