"Cal's was recently recommended to me by a sister-in-law when I wanted to order deli trays for a 100th birthday celebration. Because I live out of state it was necessary to handle the order over the phone. Every employee I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. When the trays were picked up they were loaded with thickly sliced cold cuts and cheese. The lettuce, tomatoes and onions were beautifully presented. The rolls were light and fluffy. I would recommend deli trays from Cal's."
