"we come here every weekend for breakfast and it’s always amazing. today we waited over an hour for breakfast, (EGGS) and it was ice cold. my cheese wasn’t even melted. then had to wait 20 minutes for the waitress to come back to ask for my food to be warmed up. nothing like microwaved eggs for breakfast. I understand being understaffed but this is just no excuse."
