"This is actually one of the better McDonald's in the New Castle area. This location seems to have friendlier and professional staff. They have yet to mess up on any of my specialized orders, and the food is done and handed to you in a prompt manner. Also, I have noticed that the food that I've ordered has been fresh. So, in conclusion, I give this McDonald's a 4 star review. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because the food is, of course, not good for you. This review and the stars given were based on customer service."
"Very busy location with a pretty long line in drive thru. Surprisingly the huge line of customers went super fast and we were on our way quick. Food was good but sloppy and needed to be prepared neater. Drive thru employee was very nice and moved the line very fast."
"My friend went there and got two large fries. One was filled and the other was half way empty. This is crazy as she paid for the two. Do better. Outrageous."
