"If one dentist calls out, the ENTIRE practice is S.O.L. The office will be closed at the drop of a dime if one dentist calls out. Does this mean that there is ONLY one dentist there? You'll never know. Today is Friday and the office is closed. I called the supervisor and (by the way - he was extremely VERY nice)... he said that the office was closed because unfortunately one of the dentists called out sick. I politely said, "Thank you." However, I need dental work done today and this is the dental office I went to last time. I was trying to make this my dental office, but it's hard when they have ONE dentist. I thougtht Flawless Dental was a dental office with about 4 or 5 dentists on staff. Apparently not."

"Very unprofessional. The lady pushed my head during X-rays. The same lady that took a call during my X-rays. After I tell Dr. Myers’s about this she says I don’t think this office is for you.The lady at the front desk is very nice but the people on the back are very rude disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. Unless ur dying don’t come here"

"I rarely post and leave a comment/ reviews like this but ... This is the last time we are going in this office! We've been going to this grp since before covid. My mom and sister scheduled an appointment a month from now, they have it for today, they even took a day off from work and whatever they were suppose to do, when they got to there and checked in they don't accept their insurance no more and that they can't find my sister's records in their system!! Does that even make sense! I mean they could have just called us a day before or even the morning times cause their appointment is at the afternoon, that they're having trouble finding the insurance and stuff!! They be wasting people's time and effort like that!! Very disappointing and unorganized. Plus I don't think they even explained properly why did that happened. Very upsetting!!"

"I get extremely anxious when I go to dentist. I've had bad experiences in the past but my experience at Flawless dental group has been amazing! Dr Silver has made me feel so comfortable and calm. The whole staff is nice and provides good customer service. Highly recommend!"

"This was my first and last visit at this office! I usually enjoy visits to the dentist and look forward to the clean feel of my teeth afterwards, but this was the only time I have ever left with my teeth feeling NOT clean! The dentist spent 2 whole minutes at most cleaning my teeth. The Assistant only slightly polished over some of my teeth and was also very rude to me when I nicely asked her to polish them a bit more, because my teeth did NOT feel Cleaned… and she simply just said NO and was that it was time for me to go… so I left very disappointed, and honestly a little insulted by the rudeness, and rushed service."
