"Every single staff here are unimaginably professional, kind, polite, courteous, an A+ top-notch magnificent experience, everything you need to be respected as a patient, never boring with the bubbly front desk staff/assistant always in a positive, happy, energetic mood, a very uplifting person whether your having a bad day, not in a good mood, no energy, don't feel well or just nervous about the dental work, she'll especially make you feel at home like family, all the staff here do, wonderful dentist work, outstanding people, can't ask for better service."

"Terrible. First of all no one answers the phone to make an appointment, I had to go there and book it in person. Which proved to be pointless- they took x-rays and said I had so much build up I would need to book a different appointment in ) months for a deep cleaning and pay out of pocket for 4 different appointments to be put under anesthesia. He would not even do a basic cleaning, he would only polish my teeth. Fast forward I made an appointment with a new dentist who did a basic cleaning getting all the build up in under 30 mins. Do not go here they are completely and totally unprofessional and liars."

"While it's unclear if Dr. Jacob is a good dentist or not since I haven't been able to see him, the fact that I've used his website's appointment scheduling request (which states someone will reach out within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment), as well as called his office several times to leave a message requesting an appointment, and still have not heard from anyone is telling that his office is poorly managed. I'd recommend searching elsewhere if you're looking for a dentist for that reason alone."

Now I’m good to go and my teeth are in good shape thanks to Dr. Jacob! And the hygienist is so wonderful to have a conversation with. She made my time at the dentist super enjoyable."
