"Take 95 to exit 130A for 3 East, go through some lights and then exit right for Dixon St/Business 17/VA-2. Stay Right. Turn Right on Lansdowne Rd and CVS will be on your left"
"Just like with every other Capstone experience, this was a horrible one. Got a door at 8am for an 8am and still here waiting in door at nearly 12 noon for 10 pallets. And you have to pay for this horrible service and not to mention losing your next pickup because of Capstones worker incompetence."
"Had a 5 am unload appt. Arrived the night before and was able to park on the little road across the street overnight. The guard said I could check in 15 mins early and no earlier so I did. I was sent to a dock immediately after I checked in receiving office. They have lumpers here to unload. Because this is a CH Robinson load we don't have to pay lumpers. May trailer was unloaded within 1 hour. Then I had to wait just 15 minutes for the phone call from Receiving office to be able to leave dock and get paperwork. Great experience for me . No complaints :-)"
"Truck Drivers avoid this place!!! No need to get here early they want start unloading you until your appointment time then they take two pallets off and then make you wait 6hrs to finish unloading you. You will spend your entire day here! Refuse all loads coming here."
"Terrible time to unloading. If you have delivery here be ready screw your entire day. For 12 pallets took 7 hours to unload. Very slow unload, very slow counting staff. I would never have any business with them."
