"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 70 years. There is a mistake on my prescriptions EVERY month. The staff always make excuses and blame everything and everyone else for the problem. No one ever says, “ I’m sorry that happened, let me fix it for you, and then ACTUALLY fix it so you don’t run into the same problem EVERY time you pick up your prescriptions. Not to mention NO ONE EVER answers the phone! CVS corporate needs to investigate why there are so many problems at this location. If there was ANY OTHER pharmacy near here I would have switched years ago. It has only gotten worse over time. Walgreens, are you seeing this? How about opening a location on Tidewater Trail. I can assure you it would be flooded with all of the DISGRUNTLED customers who are forced to use this CVS because we have no other options!"
"They always have my prescription on time and always have it stocked, stores are always clean and bright and staff usually very friendly and helpful! Only complaint is that their brand products are so much more expensive than say Walmart or Dollar general, everything else is worth the price/value."
