I usually deal with Kyle and Claudia, who are amazing, but I had such an awful experience with Katherine — i just felt the review was necessary. Rude, not willing to help, no “warm welcome” or “find farewell” and generally very unpleasant for a lady of her age! Times are tough in these times and bitterness only makes everyone’s life harder.
