"I was referred to this place by my insurance company seeking a dentist. I made the appointment not realizing it was temple dental school. Had a bad experience with the dental school years ago when they could not find a cracked moler that was giving me infections. They kept saying nothing was wrong. Temple sent me to a specialist who said nothing was wrong and to pick what tooth I wanted them to pull and it would cost me 200.00 dollars. When I was referred recently by the insurance company, since I did not want a student extracting a tooth, I was told by an overseer( white woman with all white gray hair) that my insurance did not cover for me to have a dentist see me and that my insurance will only cover students see me and do the work. The student started telling me I may have to have more teeth extracted and never looked in my mouth once, no exrays, nothing. I don't trust this place."
