"My appointment was at 4pm. I arrived at 3:45. They didn’t call me until 4:50. At which time I went to sit in the back for another 20 minutes or so. I don’t like using my health benefits that I pay for with places that do not value my time. The staff in the back was nice but it was too late by then."

"Do yourself a favor & do not go here. The front desk is great; however, the positivity ends there. The Dentist is unreliable. After scheduling off work for dental care, my appointment was cancelled 3 times. 2 of those times as I was parking my vehicle. Each time I was told the dentist called out. Several times after waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room I left without being seen. I will NEVER use this office. They are the worst"

"Rooms are clean and modern. Dental care was excellent. The dental assistant was cheerful, friendly and had saintly patience with my youngest. The dentist was informative, caring and no-nonsense in her treatment of my two daughters. The mid rating is for the wait time. We were scheduled for 11AM, but since they stack the appointments, we weren’t seen until 2 PM. Both procedures took all of an hour, collectively, which means we spent more time in the waiting room, than we did being seen. If you’re going to use them, bring a book, and buckled down for the long haul."

"Worse place in the world. Longgggg wait. 2 hours to be seen, them another hour inside for the doctor to see my daughter. Would never go back to this stupid place everrrrrrr. My daughter was tired of wating for the doctor to come in."
