"I was not pleased when I took my children in for check-ups. First, they x-rayed my first child without telling me. Then, I asked them not to x-ray my other child, but they simply ignored that and x-rayed her anyway. And then, when I tried to talk to the doctor about some concerns I had about braces, he was presumptuous, patronizing, and insensitive. The office is beautiful and my kids enjoyed the massage dental chair they sat in, but they need serious improvement on working with people."
