"Nice people but I expect prompt service. If I come in for an appointment and right away give a heads up that my child will need a note for school it should’ve been completed either when we were called to the back or while we were in the back being seen. It wasn’t busy when I came in literally one person was in the waiting area. I missed my ride waiting for them to complete this simple note. How hard is it to pull up a template and print it out? The person who was initially at the front desk was the one who I had gave the heads up to when I first arrived.They didn’t have paper in the printer, which should’ve already been done before they even started seeing patients. I waited and watched this person do all of this only for a completely different person to come in and type up the note a few minutes later. Preparation is KEY. People have other places to BE."

"This office is awesome! As soon as you walk in you feel comfortable and welcomed. The office is clean. Everyone makes you feel right at home. If you like you can watch Netflix during the dental exams. It definitely helps especially when you are nervous. I even received a teeth whitening kit! I would definitely recommend everyone to come here"
