"As a first time car buyer they made everything much more difficult then it should have been with the lack of transparency on what all they needed from me up front. Everyone more rude and snippy as we went along, increasing my level of trepidation. If you are self employed or a gig worker with multiple streams of income, this is not the bank to go to for that tiny, (4k) loan you need. Woodbridge auto auction works with them and I wouldn't wish this nightmare exsperence on my Ex. PS: if you're from DC they will not deal with you, because their 30% interest rate is against DC regulations. Big red flag? Good luck lender hunting people, move along."
