"This is the only pawn shop you NEED to go to in the area. Can’t stress “NEED to” enough. I called in to inquire about having a link added to my watch. I spoke to Aaron & although it is advertised that their jewelry repair is only available M, W, F he told me to stop in. I visited two other jewelry stores in the area and store 1: the owner was not there to add a link. Store 2: they wanted me to leave my watch for a week to add **1 link** It took Aaron 5 mins to add my link but I couldn’t help myself from staying another 20 mins to look at their inventory. Excellently priced watches (esp. high end), diamonds, & a great selection of guitars I couldn’t keep my eyes off of. There’s definitely a reason this family-owned business has been open & thriving for 32 years. Customer first is their motto. Aaron provided complimentary service. I’m running back home, bringing one of my other watches for battery replacement/installation (very cost effective), and might pick up the bass guitar I was looking at. Very professional & courteous staff. I’ve been here several times before & feel very welcome && great vibes everytime. 5/5 Stars COME HERE!!"

"I went to this shop many years ago to sell some gold and it went smoothly. A month ago I took some jewelry in with my wife and they tested everything and a couple of the pieces were gold plated. That was a surprise but what made us mad was that the guy with beard destroyed some of the pieces and left big file marks on others. He broke the earrings which were in great condition. I also don’t understand why he had to file so much away to do the test. I wonder if they keep the filings. We left and ended up going to a cash to gold place that only buys gold and they had a special piece of equipment they put each piece in to scan without the need to grind and break peoples jewelry. The cash to gold place also offered way more then this pawn shop so we’ll never be back. Second picture is where he left a huge sharp file mark inside the ring."
