"My sons first appointment for a consultation we waited over 30 minutes to be seen. Second visit we waited 30 minutes then left. While we waited, no one apologized for the wait or anything. So we leave. 10 minutes after we leave, I received a called from them asking were we still there. NO. It’s 40 minutes past our appointment time. This office is not conscious at all about peoples time especially since he has to go to school afterwards. I just wasted my time."
