"The dentist herself is rude and a bit condescending. She did my fillings and when I returned the next day, I explained to her that when I floss, the string is snagging very badly. She scoffed at this and very noticeably became irritable. She explained that I must be flossing wrong and then asked me to floss and continuously tried to correct my technique whilst her assistant giggled. It was very demeaning and I explained, string floss is a bit archaic, I use dental plackers and methods aside, I need you to correct the poorly done filling. She was able to file the filling down, but I've taken my business elsewhere. Also, they are short staff at the reception desk, so be sure to have proof of voicemails if you try to cancel your appointment. OH, and they don't check voicemails on Mondays which I can only assume is to charge people if they cancel appointments over the weekend. Overall, the practice is clean and the dental work was average. But I recommend going anywhere else. Professionalism is lacking here and I fear this practice is a bit "holistic"... or maybe just old school."

"This use to be a great dental office. It has really gone down hill. Never missed an appointment or came in late. But yet their new policy, which I have not seen in writing, is that you can’t schedule your next appointment unless they have a cancellation only. Which means you have to be on their time. Never seen an office ran like this. The front desk person sounds like they’re annoyed every time you speak with her. If you’re looking for professional, organized, and personable office keep searching."

"My appointment was for 12:30 pm at this location. I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes prior. I realize I have been waiting for 40 minutes. So I asked why am I’m waiting 40 minutes to be seen when it’s no one waiting. She stated two people came in 15 minutes late, so you telling me I have to be penalized for the people that show up late? But let me not had showed up I would’ve been charge for no show. I left work think it would be 45 minutes to a hour that I’ll be gone and it’s ban hour and still haven’t been seen. They stated because two people showing up late which then they finally came in after a hour and never provided me service"

"By far the best dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Coleman is caring, professional, knowledgeable, punctual and does great work. Nice, friendly staff and the office is clean and modern with updated technology. Highly recommend Dr. Coleman, she has made my experiences as painless as possible."
