"I’ve had a wonderful experience for the last 3 years. I’ve had several procedures done and they always accommodate me. Today specifically I had requested a change of schedule and was introduced to Dr.Chris and she was amazing. Why? I went for a crown and during the procedure some additional things needed to be done since my tooth had a large metal filling. She took pictures of the tooth and kindly explained my options. I think this goes along way in building trust, shows she cared and understanding with my financial situation. In addition I want to highlight Nicole she works as the receptionist and has great customer service!"
"I've been going to this office for 15+ years. I never had an issue until these last couple years. I think the practice was sold at some point and I haven't been happy with them since. When I am there and in the chair, I'm very happy with the care and service I receive. Its everything else that is the problem. For starters, they were consistently canceling our appointments with little to no notice and then would try and work us in at times that were not convenient to for us. That has slowed down since last year, but it was frustrating and unprofessional in my opinion. A couple years ago I get a notice threatening me with collections for an unpaid bill incurred by my college student daughter. They never sent me a bill or notified me in any fashion that there was an outstanding bill due. I had quite the argument with the billing representative and was offended that they were threatening to send me to collections when they never even notified me that there was a bill in the first place. Again, I have been a long term client here and never had a problem paying my bills, so it was highly offensive that they took this route. Fast forward to today. I had my recent cleaning in December and the hygienist was fabulous, but I went from having zero cavities from my prior six month visit to needing three fillings today. Okay, fine, whatever I prefer to get it taken care of. The customer service rep at the front desk presented me with an estimate of costs for the fillings (which seemed rather high to me, but I was also very tired and a little disoriented so was having a hard time thinking clearly). She seemed impatient with me and I had to tell her to give me a moment to process what I was looking at. After a moment, she requested that I sign off on the estimate demonstrating that it was presented to me. I signed. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to put 25% of the cost up front before she could schedule the appointment. I walked out after that, completely astounded that they had the nerve to ask me for a down payment for dental services. Perhaps that's how it works now, but after asking around nobody I know has ever heard up putting a deposit down on dental work. I ended up receiving a check in the mail for my cleaning service, which was unusual as normally the payment is just sent directly to the dentist office. I was billed out of network when I've been in network with my current insurance for the last four years. Nobody once mentioned to me that they were no longer in my network which really irritated me. I checked my insurance providers website and I still saw their name as in network. I called the office to ask what was going on and they said they're working on credentialing with my insurance provider (but then proceeded to tell me that they're honoring the in network prices and I can give them the amount on the check as payment for my cleaning services). It all sounds really sketchy to me. I think I'm done with this office and need to find another place for my dental care."
"I had the best dental experience ever at Waldorf Dental, all thanks to Monique at the front desk and Michelle. Their professionalism and courtesy were truly exceptional! Monique greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. She was not only incredibly organized but also very accommodating. She helped me with all the paperwork and insurance details. Her friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, which is not something I'm used to experiencing at a dental office. Michelle was equally impressive. From the moment I sat in the chair, she made sure to explain each step of the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout my visit, and I felt confident that I was in capable hands. She was also very patient, addressing all my questions and concerns with kindness and professionalism. Together, Monique and Michelle transformed what is typically a nerve-wracking experience into a pleasant one. I left Waldorf Dental feeling genuinely cared for and well-informed about my dental health. If you're looking for a dental practice with exceptional customer service and top-notch dental care, I highly recommend Waldorf Dental. Monique and Michelle truly set the bar high for professionalism and courtesy in the dental field!"
"Nicole and Monique, gave you such a warm welcome when I entered. I’ve haven’t been to the dentist office since 2020. Dr. Mildner, did an excellent job discussing everything to me in very detail and also Taylor did an excellent job with my exams. The nervousness of me going dentist is now OVER! I am a patient with Waldorf Dental. I love it!"
"Unprofessional and VERY low scale. This practice canceled our appointments without notice; and the manager, Nicole, refused to take my messages and or return my calls — they do not want to accept responsibility in causing bad experiences, nor do they want to hear the negative feedback when they are at fault. I recommend finding another facility with professionals that will honor appointments. To include, contacting the patient first as a courtesy if rescheduling is required. Again, this is a small, low end dentist; so if you expect the employees to be professional and courteous, this practice is NOT it. The professional quality is none existent, and the practice has declined tremendously — beware!"
