"Don’t stay here…Tons of shopping and food close. Parking lot needs cleaned up, window blinds missing, loud bar next door, inside hotel needs a cleaning. Rooms are very spacious but has bug problems and water stains. Choose another hotel before booking online. Staff was nice but had a jacket on with no name tag and also refunded us without any hassle when we decided we could not stay there."

"As walking in, the front counter person was playing on there phone sitting down took a second to even notice me. The lobby looks refurbished. The room was nice though the hallway was loud. In the morning the fire alarm kept ringing due to a dead battery. THE BREAKFAST..... THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE COFFEE. They said 630 to 9 and they did not have anything but old cereal. Would not stay again"

"The Reception staff were very pleasant and accomodating, except for one larger young man who was too busy playing on his phone to even acknowledge our greetings upon entry and exit. The Housekeeping staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was ok... the lack of blankets or doona seemed stange and made our first nights stay extremely unpleasant. The AC was either too hot or freezing. We asked for blankets and received a missmatch of things. The fridge made a loud tapping sound constantly. It took three nights to be able to drown out the annoying sound. The location was close to shops (Walmart, food...) but hard to access the first time... through a Gas Station! Although we didnt have any problems, there were vagrant looking people around day and night, we didnt feel safe. There appeared to be families living in rooms on our floor. To say they were loud would be an understatement. Thankfully we were far enough away for there noise not to bother us most of the time. We would have left the hotel if we were withing three or four rooms of them. Very inconsiderate, loud people. Finally, the smell of Pot in the hallway of our floor was disgusting. We didnt need to buy pot... we felt high at times walking the hallway. I guess it is ok to smoke anything other than tobacco in the non smoking rooms. Would we stay here again... saddly, a resounding NO."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! This hotel it is disgusting the floor in our room was caked with dirt I encountered several roaches so many that I lost count after 18. So now I am worried about taking my bags into my house when I get home. Don’t try to open the windows to get some fresh air because the window will fall out onto the top of your feet and hurt like hell. The air filter for the ac in the room was black with dust. We had to go ask for comforters for both beds because I guess that’s not something they think you will need or want. also make sure you pack lots of room spray because the room stinks horrible of cigarettes. The beds in our room were very hard and the free breakfast is horrible, as we were trying to find somthing that looked even remotely appetizing two people told us to not even dare to eat because it was absolutely disgusting that they threw their food away and wanted to warn us. If I could I would give this hotel a -5 star."

"The whole place smelled like weed and cigarettes but the place claims to be a smoke free facility which I would appreciate because I do not smoke and I have small children. The ice machines weren’t even plugged in. There were stink bugs and others in the room. The appearance isn’t like it is in any picture. Huge disappointment."
