"Jet's Pizza in Alexandria. This place is a joke. Their staff is ludicrously bad and their customer service is deplorable. Whatever anyone has to say positive or negative about their pizza - that’s fine. But in the industry they are in, customer service and staff absolutely need to be taken into account. I hope they fail spectacularly in this location. And if anyone from Jet’s wants to reach out to me - feel free to ping me. Given their already poor customer service, I won’t hold my breath. Anyone who wants spectacular pizza of a similar style, Stracci Pizza is the place to go."

"The three different Detroit-style pizzas we got were all awesome! They were made on time as promised, and customer service at the counter was good. While we normally prefer thin crust, the thicker crust didn’t disappoint at all. The pizzas were airy, with the right amount of crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. The quality of toppings were all good, and the pizzas were not too greasy. Overall, for a thin-crust family, we enjoyed the Detroit-style pizzas and would definitely order again."
