When asked if that is ok I said NO, put me in hold and come back to tell me they will have it ready later but they cannot give me a time. This is my last prescription form Girard Giant Esgle."

"I've always received nothing but the best service. They're efficient, friendly and flexible to try and accommodate my needs. Once there was a shortage of one of my drugs and they found some at Rite Aid in the same plaza and set it up for me to get them there, even though it's a competitor. I've had multiple physicians and quite a few prescriptions and more than once the pharmacist has brought possible interactions or concerns to my attention. It's nice to still have places that know who you are when you come in, treat you as a friend and have your back."

"I had a script called into this pharmacy and it was a nightmare. They never processed the script and had no record of even getting it. I called my doctors and they faxed it over a second time. So, when I went to pick it up...it was out of stock. A phone call would have been nice to let me know that. Never again. Transferred it to another pharmacy."

"I don't know what had changed here, but something is very wrong. Time and time again they say they do not receive the phoned in prescriptions from my doctors offices. Then I have to call my doctors and have them phone it in again... What an inconvenience. Once they gave me 30 pills instead of 90! Beware!"
