"We stopped by the Panera Bread in the Milestone area of Germantown. The food was good. The service was friendly & efficient. The atmosphere was so-so, however. On a cold, blustery evening, it would have been nice to dine by a glowing, warm fireplace. They have one, but it was off. Not life & and death, of course; just diminishes the atmosphere."
"I have been here many times. The place is spacious and have different seating arrangements. The parking lot is not too busy so a nice place to come and have relaxed brunch etc. Briana is very good in the customer service. Always out of way to give us a great service. If she is on any counter I just move to her queue"
"The disrespectful girl on the kitchen needs to learn how to not argue with customers when SHE makes the food wrong! A simple request for cheese on the side and she's yelling at me as if I'm the reason she don't know how to read! The cashier girl was wonderful tho!!!!!!"
"Tad pricey for what you get. Got pick two and the meal cost more than 20. You can easily spend twenty per person without getting the desserts. The cashier would constantly put orders in when I simply asked her about the menu. I wanted to know if the salad was sweet she said no but it was. Asked her about the cookies she spent too long searching for the answer on a booklet. She was also curt and lacked the usual friendliness at Panera. I got the poppyseed salad which tasted way to sweet. I couldn’t eat it. I asked for dressing on the side but I think they forgot. I switched it to chipotle chicken salad and that was way too creamy. French onion soup was also very salty. I am thinking they changed the recipe the only thing I enjoyed today was the complementary baguette."
"Solid experience at this location. We ordered on the app; our food came out about 15 minutes later (longer than estimated) but once we got it, all was good. Pizza was hot and tasty, salads were fresh and they didn't skimp on any ingredients. There's a big main seating area, with two smaller areas by the entrance and side exit. Some outdoor seating too."
