"Our family was visiting the area and after a long day of site seeing we decided to order pizza to our room. 1st night we ordered a large supreme, small margarita pizza, med buffalo wings. Everything was fresh, hot and cooked perfectly. Our family enjoyed it so much we ordered again from here. This time we added chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and opted for a large margarita pizza and more wings.. The people who took our order were very friendly, delivery was fast. We will definitely order from here on our next visit."
"I have been a customer of Paisanos for a long time. I like the food, and have only had a couple of problems over the years. Today, I made an online order for a large pizza with 3 toppings, on the 3TDW deal. I was also supposed to get 6 zeppoles. Between the deal and a $5 reward I had, it was an excellent price. What I received was a plain, cheese pizza. No toppings, no zeppoles. I called the restaurant, and was told repeatedly "That's what you ordered." It was not what I ordered. Received a call from the owner. He apologized, and will refund my $$. I am happy, because I will now order from them again. They have good food."
"Paisano's is my favorite pizza place in Germantown. They always have amazing pizza deals that include multiple toppings. I feel they are consistent with their quality unlike other places. I decided to try a sub but while the taste was very good, their was barely any meat on the sub. This same day I also ordered their Mac n cheese, it is very creamy but the portion seemed a bit small for price. Our favorite pizzas to order are the new chicken ricotta and a build our own of mushroom, meatball, and sausage. The delivery is also very quick, we ordered and they even brought it to our apartment patio where we were outside hosting. Lastly, their website isn't great but if you create a log in you build points pretty quickly towards free food. We can't always figure out how to apply emailed coupons on the website so we just select the pay in cash upon arrival and they never give us a hassle about discounting it on the spot."
