"Yesterday, 12/26/2023, at 3 PM, I went to pick up my pizza when I arrived. I saw my pizza box was opened up and unsealed. The pizza was cold, so I had to reheat at home. The employees at this location are lazy to take an extra minute to properly close it and seal it."
"Well here it is, I had to bring back my delivery that they made wrong and then it took them about 30 mins to remake, which they lost again. Smh... I love Papa Johns but Dam act like you care. I stood in there and was barely giving any type of courtesy since i brought my own pizza back. People were avoiding me like I did something. Freaking correct the problem and give me a pizza! I think the delivery driver took the initiative and got my pizza re ordered. Thanks to whoever the manager was, they never introduced themselves or cared to. OH, they found my pizza in the wrong marked box for delivery. Is there anybody in charge? That was just my experience here."
"Scary history... I called to order pizza and wings to pick up in store yesterday 08/04/2023. According to my phone i called 4:27pm, stop in the store at 4:47pm. No body attending, everybody working in the kitchen area. After few minutes somebody checked and told me to wait 8 minutes. Every time I checked the order, same answer, wait 8 minutes. Several follow-ups later ... shorter history I step out at 5:37pm 1 hour 10 minutes after my order; when the operator told me to pick up the order in 15 minutes. Because i was late, i did not check the order, my bad.. my error. With them you must check before left the store and be prepare to wait another hour the new pizza. In home we noticed that the pizza was not the ordered one. They gave me anything to get rid of me. End of history, Papa John Germantown = bad service and hungry family."
"Ordered here tonight and will not be going back to this location again!! How do you Oder boneless wings and they barley have any sauce on them and they look like something out of store bought bag!! Nothing but kids working in there but I don’t have money to waste.."
"Just received my order and I’m not happy. Driver didn’t even stop when we attempted to stop him. While I am getting a replacement (another 45 min wait) I shouldn’t have to pay at all."
