"I like Walmart Pharmacy. Customer service is prompt and staff is friendly and professional. I usually just drop off my prescriptions in store and wait about 30 minutes for them to be filled. My doctor recently sent a prescription over to another pharmacy but they don’t take my insurance anymore. I was able to get the prescription transferred to this pharmacy. No issues with that."

"Oh my yikes❣️ Vikki and Shontay are priceless! They kept smiles on their faces trying to help me understand a mix up with my insurance that pays for my meds. They had to repeat themselves countless times and still did it calmly and with smiles. I had to go out infront of the store to get a signal to get the issue fixed with my insurance. The second time I had to go outside to call ( I had to call twice because I misunderstood what needed to be done)one of them came all the way outside to tell me they had fixed the issue. It was a prescription insurance I didn't even know I had. She gave me the information I needed to get a card mailed to me. I am switching all of my prescriptions to this location!! The Pharmacist on duty ( so sorry I forgot his name) was very patient with me explaining my meds, I even got the printouts that my normal pharmacy ( Genoa) only does upon request. What an amazing group of people...till can't believe hey fixed it for me saving me time and money as it would have been impossible for me to pay for another ride to get the medicine. I didn't tell them all that I would have had to do had they not fixed it for me (...they just showed such great compassion in fixing this. Thank you so much to the Wal-Mart Pharmacy at Washington Square Plaza, Fredericksburg, VA."
