"I have been with Lighthouse Insurance for at least the last 20 years, and this is the first time I have ever considered transferring my policies to another agency. It isn't the agency in general, but one agent that I feel hasn't represented the agency well to me. I needed to make changes to my auto policy. As the changes were occurring, I had many questions that i wanted answered and the agent was did not seem very motivated to find the answers. I would be told the agent would be back to me, but most of the time, I had to initiate calls. It's been over two weeks since I was last told the agent would look into it and get back to me and I have not heard anything. UPDATE: It has been over a week and unfortunately the owner has not reached out to discuss this as he stated in his response to my initial review."
