Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

"I ran over a rock and popped my tire. Called Jason & he took me in last minute before they closed. I drove to him on my spare. When I got there my donut was flat!!! They put air in my spare and I left my car there over night just in case something was wrong with the donut. He made sure to order my tire from the warehouse right before close to make sure I could have it there first thing in the morning. This morning Jason immediately called me to let me know the tire was in but the rim was cracked! He offered a place nearby that fixes rims. Come to find out the rim couldn’t be fixed, just needed to be replaced. The rim company asked to get my tire to see if it will be fine with a new rim & Jason took the time to look through the old messed up tires to get my old tire back for me. He was very knowledgeable and told me the tire may or may not be good to put on a new rim and gave me reason as to why. When I say immaculate service. It is wonderful and Jason is absolutely hands down amazing and any problem I’ve had I come to him, I recommended my mom here and she started coming here for all her oil changes too."

"The experience was fantastic from start to finish. I walked in on a Sunday, and I am so grateful they were open bc my tire was nearly flat. The team kept me up to date the entire time and was able to get the car done (well!) the same day. Their knowledge of the issues, care and attention to detail were all fantastic. "Do not trust this company at all! Dishonest and ripping off. We bought the new tires about $800. They claimed the tires have warranty, they haven’t say anything about add “road hazards”. Moment later the tire got flat, I called this store, they said “no, you don’t have road hazards”, have to pay for a new tire.” We just found out the tires are used tires. We no longer trust this store and company. I wouldn’t recommend."

"These guys are awesome. They provided me with great service and knowledge on the tires I was purchasing. I needed a tire quickly since I commute to DC for work, as a music teacher. They were able to fit me in 40 minutes prior to closing time on a Sunday. It’s not everyday you hit something on the road, but I’m sure the service is great here daily."
