"I’m very disappointed with this pharmacy. Initially, I called and requested to have my Rx transferred to this pharmacy because no other pharmacies have the Rx I need. I was told it should be ready by the afternoon. 4 hours later I called and a male answered and requested my name and DOB. I attempted to tell him that I had previously called and was checking on the progress of the Rx but he kept cutting me off and told me the pharmacist would call me back. I waited 4 additional hours and called again only for them to tell my they have been calling my original pharmacy all day and someone was picking up and hanging up the phone. I contacted my original pharmacy and they assured me they received zero calls from this pharmacy all day. They even requested the phone number and reached out to them to send my Rx. I get a phone call late in the evening asking to text my insurance info to a random phone number. I do so and then I receive a call from a female saying my Rx would cost my $60 copay plus $135. She went on to say this pharmacy couldn’t afford to take the $135 loss and that I should go to CVS to have it filled because it would be cheaper. CVS hasn’t had this Rx for months; I attempted to tell the caller this and advise that I’ll pay for it but she said it was late and that we could talk tomorrow. I called 2 days later and I attempted to purchase the Rx and again the female was very short with me and rushed me off of the phone saying she’d call me back tomorrow. It’s 2 days later and I’m still waiting for a call back. No other pharmacies in the area have this Rx! This is poor customer service."

It is also very clear that this pharmacy gives back to their community unlike any other I’ve seen. I highly recommend coming here!"
