"Each time I visit this CVS location, the pharmacist, Allison, greets me by name and is very helpful. It's a fairly busy store because it's inside Target, but I never feel rushed while I'm there. On my most recent visit, I had made an appointment for some vaccines. There was hardly any wait, and the shots were painless. I am very grateful to have a pharmacist that I trust."

"I approached one of the staff with a question who at first flat out ignored me and then yelled at me that she was too busy and couldn't be bothered to help. A minute later I overheard her complaining to her co-worker about how much she hates it when customers approach her. Why would ANYONE in their right minds want to shop at a pharmacy with employees like this?"

"Getting really sick of this location. They’ve had a refill request pending for over a week now, claiming that my doctor hasn’t approved it. My doctor has contacted them TWICE to approve it. I ran out of medication today, tried calling the pharmacy and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered the phone. I went in person, told them that I was out of medication, and my doctor had contacted them more than once, and the man kept repeating “I don’t see anything” and offered no further assistance."

"Pharmacist went out if his way to transfer our prescriptions from NY to VA. He also brought our attention to a rebate program which took care of our hefty copay. Rarely have I seen such devotion in customer care. Unfortunately the 5th star can not be issued, because the restocking of items like personal lubricant is very inconsistent."

"I definitely recommend against this pharmacy. I tried it for about 3 months because I shop at Target so frequently, but I just couldn't waste any more time here. The staff is incredibly slow and almost everything was a problem: dropping off scripts, using pharmaceutical coupons, picking up prescriptions. It would take almost 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions. But worst of all, Target's online account manager is barely accessible - it's difficult to find on the site and doesn't store all of your prescriptions - if you don't have your number, you can't do anything. So I switched back to my old pharmacy that is much faster and has an online service where I can manage all my prescriptions."
