"The WORST experience one could have. The pharmacist, STEPHEN, is both unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Information provided directly by him was ultimately incorrect. I will also add, his temperament is not a good fit for a public facing role, especially one in healthcare. Zero stars. We will NEVER use this location again, for med fills or otherwise!!!!!!!! Do BETTER! VERY disappointed!"

"The worst, it was a disaster this weekend. Waited for 20 mins in line, the printer broke, took 20 minutes to pay for my Rx's. They claimed I needed a "consultation " despite having all refills and no new meds. Waited 20-30 mins to speak with a pharmacist, when I did, we discovered that they had filled an Rx I told them not to, from 3 months ago. I asked for a refund, took them another 20 minutes to get a "manager" who made me walk all the way up to the service desk for my refund. Im disabled and had been standing for almost an hour at that point. My knees were killing me. I am up there, and it takes 3 different "front end specialists " according to their badges another 15 minutes minimums to get me a refund. I was in agony and livid by the time I walked out. I have no choice, this is the only pharmacy my insurance covers, but there is ALWAYS an issue when I pick up my Rx's."
