"I have been using Wegmans pharmacy since Oct of 2021 after moving from San Antonio, TX. In comparison they started to work out wonderfully in comparison to previous pharmacies in Texas. I have reached a point now where they have jeopardized my health once again with lack of communication. I have had episodes where I have had them order and re-order a medication 3-4 times all because they did not stop to collectively think and piece together info and provide the right medication. Then it happened again when I needed it refilled! As if the teams working the pharmacy aren’t taking proper notes on customer’s for their profiles. If you are a patient that needs prompt prescription renewal, good communication, and a team working behind you then this Wegmans pharmacy sadly isn’t for you and will give you a heart attack. UPDATE: didn’t learn my lesson and currently have a few prescriptions still with them for the convenience while grocery shopping but was not notified of needing a doctor’s new prescription for my testosterone’s refill and since he’s at John’s Hopkins they couldn’t get ahold of his office and now I will be injecting late and will be sick tomorrow because of that."
"Would put zero stars if possible. The register staff has always been great, but I'M BEING SHORTED on my supply by the pharmacist! I have a weekly dosed medication that gets filled either as 30 or 90 days with the respective copay, but the pharmacist refuses to fill the quantity required to cover that many days' worth of medication. Instead, he only filled for 28 days of medication, which leaves me to miss a full week of medication every 3 months. Unacceptable! I only changed pharmacies to be closer to home, but I will now be traveling 40+ minutes to my old pharmacy, who knows how to do math and fill my full prescription."

"I work for a home-based primary care practice that caters to elderly, chronically ill, homebound patients. Our providers go to their home and provide primary care to them. I needed a medication delivered to a patient who is homebound and has no one there with transportation so I reached out to Wegmans thinking they would be able to help. Unfortunately, they weren't able to but the woman Mary who answered the phone was absolutely AMAZING! She took the time to try and help me find a local pharmacy that could possibly help out my elderly homebound patient. Even looked up the number to several local pharmacies that may be able to help. All things that she had absolutely no obligation to do.. but she did! This is what its all about! This is when you know you have a person working in the right field. Helping others without any benefit to themselves! Mary, your amazing! Keep helping patients the way you do! Awesome job! Wegmans- Give her a raise! ;-)"
"Worst ever pharmacy if you have problems with you scripts. Old pharmacy solved pre authorization problems in minutes they took days countless calling and reminders. I lost days of of work because of this strongly advise going elsewhere if you have a change of insurance ect. Because you will wait for days."
