"On November 13, 2023, I took my two parakeets for a check-up and was met with an exceptional experience. The process of making an appointment was straightforward, complemented by the helpful and friendly front office staff. Dr. Orenstein and his son provided a thorough examination of my birds, astonishingly revealing that one of them was male—a delightful surprise to my wife and me. Dr. Orenstein's approach was not only caring and knowledgeable but also informative. He took the time to understand our daily care habits and offered valuable recommendations. Throughout the visit, I appreciated his patience and clarity, ensuring I never felt rushed or confused. This clinic is a prime choice for pet owners who seek dedicated and expert care for their beloved animals."

"Pros: great with my dog, easy in and outs. Cons: When our cat had an overnight health issue develop, the clinic said it was “open” at 6:30 but upon arrival, the vet doesn’t actually arrive until 10AM. Seems misleading"

"We had an appointment for our 2 green cheek conures who we suspected had gotten into a fight. Dr. Orenstein was not only knowledgeable, but thorough and had a great calm demeanor with us and our birds. He kept us updated each step of the way and we are truly grateful for him and his staff. "I booked an appointment for my sick tortoise as this is one of the only veterinary centers that see tortoises. During my visit, the vet techs seemed on edge and rude. There was only one older white lady who was kind— as for the others they seemed to be annoyed and have an attitude. This appointment was a check up, and I received some medicine for my tortoise— it costed me nearly $500. Mind you when I was checking out, there was a typo for the quantity of medication and they told me my total was $800– even after assuring them my total wasn’t that high, the vet techs didn’t believe me and I had to ask them multiple times to double check with the doc, which after they checked they realized there was a typo even though I already said that…After about two days of giving my tortoise the medication, he unfortunately passed away. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for the 27th of July— they never called to ask about him, ask why I missed the appointment, check up on his symptoms, nothing. The one star is for the doc and the older vet tech. Don’t waste your $ here!"

"I am extremely humbled and grateful for the excellent care provided to my fur baby Nyla (Hope). Having been diagnosed with heartworm, prior to turning 1, I was devastated. I have never dealt with heartworm with any of my previous pups and certainly didn’t know what to expect. However, the staff have been extremely caring, kind, and comforting in navigating me through the process/diagnosis. The staff have bestowed many compliments on Hope; and deem her their favorite. I have boarded her several times much to the delight of the staff. Hope always has a great time; and it’s often difficult to try to get her to return home. Although services provided are a bit costly, it pales in comparison to the care provided."
