If a prescription needs to be ordered, they keep us informed when to expect delivery and give excellent follow up of pick up time. Happy I moved our pharmacy needs to this store!"

"We were new to the area and chose Safeway Pharmacy due to close proximity. After 9 months, we’ll be switching and trying out somewhere new. Pros - Great customer service - very kind, very professional, very helpful staff. We always have courteous interactions. Cons - Too much waiting! I don’t know if they need more staff, or what — but we always wait way longer than any other pharmacy we’ve ever used. If I call in a prescription, it can be many hours before it’s ready. The average wait once your prescription is ready and you’re in-store can range anywhere from 15-30 minutes. We’ve come in at many different off-peak and peak times alike, and the wait is just a killer. In comparison to other pharmacies we’ve used, the difference is substantial. Off to find somewhere new."
